Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your package. To request a return, please contact us at luneurofficial@gmail.com within this period. Returns are only accepted for products that were damaged during shipping or for other reasonable concerns, subject to our approval.
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. You will not be required to pay any fees for the replacement, and we'll take care of the shipping.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-damaged items, and the item must be shipped back to us in its original condition. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important: The only official email for returns, refunds, inquiries, and all customer service matters at Luneur is luneurofficial@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any issues arising from attempts to contact other email addresses.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at luneurofficial@gmail.com. We will promptly assess the situation and work to resolve the issue.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
4. Refunds
Please ensure that any applicable taxes are paid before your package is shipped. If taxes are not paid in advance, they will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where free shipping was provided. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at luneurofficial@gmail.com.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including the original jewellery pouch or box. Refunds will not be granted if the item is damaged or not returned in its original packaging.
We do not take responsibility for the following situations:

If the package status shows "delivered," but you did not receive it due to theft, loss, or other reasons, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement.

If you return an item and it is lost or stolen during transit back to us, we cannot issue a refund.

If your package has already been shipped and is in transit, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund until the package is delivered and returned to us.
* You may still request a refund after you have received and returned the package following the above guidelines.
