Royal Mail 24 (Express Shipping): £7.99 for any orders. Delivery in 1 business day.

Free Shipping: Orders over £50 for free Royal Mail 48 standard shipping.
European Union:

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (Standard Shipping): £7.99 for orders under £100. Delivery in 6-12 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders over £100 for free standard shipping.
Rest of the World:

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (Standard Shipping): £10.99 for orders under £120. Delivery in 8-12 business days.

2. Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time

United Kingdom: Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days, while express shipping takes 1 business day.

European Union: Standard shipping takes 6-12 business days.

Rest of the World: Standard shipping takes 8-12 business days.

4. Non-English Information Input on Checkout Page
To ensure accurate delivery, please input the relevant local language information at checkout if your shipping address is in the following regions:

China (Mainland), Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan: Use Mandarin.

Korea: Use Korean.

Japan: Use Japanese.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through your account on our website or directly via the "Track Your Order" page using the provided tracking number.
6. Address/Information Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all necessary details, such as your mailbox name if applicable. Luneur is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information.
If you need to correct an address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support luneurofficial@gmail.com. If your tracking number has not yet been issued, we will update the address for free. If the tracking number has been issued, a £10 fee will be charged to correct the address and resend the package.
7. Order Cancellation or Change
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us at luneurofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Before Tracking Number Issued: Full refund provided.

After Tracking Number Issued (and before dispatch): Refund minus the shipping fee and a £10 return to sender fee.

After Dispatch: We do not accept cancellations or changes. However, you can request a refund after receiving the package.
8. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to being unable to reach you, it will be held at their local warehouse for 5 business days awaiting your collection. You are responsible for collecting the package within this timeframe.

If Collected Within 5 Business Days: No additional charges apply.

If Not Collected Within 5 Business Days: The package will be returned to Luneur. In this case, you will be charged the original shipping fees plus a £10 return fee. We will process a refund for the remaining amount once the package is received by us.
Please note that the address of the local warehouse and pickup instructions will be provided by the courier. Ensure to monitor your contact details for any notifications regarding the delivery.
9. Customs and Import Information
Depending on your country’s import policies, you may need to provide additional information, such as a customs code, tax code, or ID number, at checkout. This information is required to ensure your package passes through customs without delays.
10. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Situation
Luneur generally ships orders with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to cover taxes for most countries. However, for some regions, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) may apply, meaning you may be responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
